Jos sinulla on jotakin mielesi päällä tapahtumassa, käänny ihmeessä herkkuapprojen turvahenkilöiden puoleen. Heille voi tulla juttelemaan vaikkei olisi mitään suurempaa kerrottavaa.

 If you have anything on your mind during the event, feel free to approach our safety personnel at the event. You’re welcome to talk to them even if there’s nothing major to discuss.

Turvallisemman tilan periaatteet

Turvallisemman tilan periaatteet ovat Pedagon tapahtumien ja toiminnan yhteiset pelisäännöt, joita jokainen pedagolainen sitoutuu noudattamaan ostaessaan lipun tapahtumaan. Turvallisemman tilan periaatteet ohjaavat Pedagon toimintaa ja viestivät jäsenistölle Pedagon arvoista. Turvallisemmassa tilassa voi luottaa siihen, että asiattomuudet ovat käsiteltävissä ilman pelkoa niiden vähättelystä. 

The principles of a safer space are the shared ground rules for Pedago's events and activities, which every Pedago member agrees to follow when purchasing a ticket to an event. The principles of a safer space guide Pedago's activities and communicate Pedago's values to its members. In a safer space, you can trust that inappropriate behavior will be addressed without fear of it being downplayed.

  • Turvahenkilö on tapahtumassa osallistujia varten 

  • Toimii luottamuksellisesti ja on vaitiolovelvollinen 

  • Ei nauti alkoholia tapahtuman aikana 

  • Turvahenkilön puoleen voi kääntyä matalalla kynnyksellä koskien muun muassa tapahtuman ohjelmaa, sisältöä tai käytänteitä. 

  • Turvahenkilö voi puuttua mahdollisiin häiriö-, häirintä- tai ongelmatilanteisiin keskustelemalla. Turvahenkilö ei kuitenkaan ole järjestyksenvalvoja. 

  • Turvahenkilö ei vie asiaa eteenpäin ilman asianomistajan suostumusta. 

  • Turvahenkilöön puoleen voi kääntyä tapahtuman aikana, sitä ennen tai sen jälkeen.

  • The safety person is available for event participants 
  • They act confidentially and are bound by a duty of confidentiality 
  • They do not consume alcohol during the event 
  • You can approach the safety person with any concerns, no matter how small, regarding the event’s program, content, or practices. 
  • The safety person can address potential disturbances, harassment, or problematic situations through discussion. However, they are not a security officer. 
  • The safety person will not take any further action without the consent of the concerned party. You can reach out to the safety person during the event, before it, or after.
